This speech starts off with her talking about the way men view women. They view them useless, and says they can't do labor. The main point of this speech was to address the issue women were facing at this time, which was mainly sexism. She states that women should have the same rights as men, and it is not fair that they don't. Men believed that women needed more help in certain ways, but yet they didn't have basic human rights. She makes this religious when she then implies that Jesus came from a woman, he wouldn't have been alive without one, and that they deserve rights.
