The proclamation of Neutrality of 1793 mains focus was on the wars going on in Europe. Washington states how American citizens and the country under no circumstance will aid or side with France and
Great Britain. Washington emphasizes on how they are planning on staying neutral throughout the duration of the war. He also mentions that any American who engages in anything that contradicts this policy, will be punished by the government.
